Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or using any services provided by Clacton Creative Centre. By making a booking or using our space, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon written confirmation from CCC
• You must be 18 or over to make a booking
• Bookings for children's classes require a parent or guardian to complete the booking

2. Payment

• Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• Full payment is required prior to or on the day of your session unless otherwise agreed
• We accept bank transfer and card payments

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• More than 7 days notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
• 3–7 days notice: 50% refund or rescheduling subject to availability
• Less than 48 hours notice: No refund. Rescheduling at our discretion
• No show: No refund

CCC reserves the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances. In such cases a full refund will be provided or an alternative date offered.

4. Use of the Space

• Treat the space and equipment with care and respect
• Do not use the space for any unlawful, offensive, or discriminatory purpose
• Do not exceed the maximum capacity advised at booking
• Leave the space clean and tidy at the end of your session
• No smoking anywhere on the premises
• No alcohol without prior written consent
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times

5. Damage and Liability

You are responsible for any damage caused to the premises or equipment during your booking. CCC accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

6. Photography and Filming

You are welcome to photograph and film within the space for personal and commercial use as part of your booking. CCC may photograph the space for marketing purposes but will not photograph identifiable individuals without their consent.

7. Workshops and Events

• Tickets for workshops and events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by CCC
• We reserve the right to change workshop content, facilitators, or dates where necessary
• Some workshops may be offered free of charge to local residents at our discretion
• CCC reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is inappropriate or disruptive

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
